Are you going through a variety of life stressors anywhere from sexual abuse to religious trauma? Are overwhelming feelings, like anxiety and sadness, getting in the way of enjoying life? Do you find yourself or your child constantly struggling to keep it together? Maybe school, work, and life in general feel like they are a little too much to handle? I believe the therapeutic process can be challenging. I encourage my clients to go at the pace they are comfortable with and will provide assistance every step of the way. I enjoy therapeutic collaboration with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Together we can discover resources and techniques tailored to you as an individual. It is important to me that you feel respected, heard, and understood throughout this new journey. Through meditation, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoeducation we can further explore the process of healing. My goal is to provide a safe, warm environment for you to seek support and express difficult feelings.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, outdoor activities, rock climbing, exploring new foods, cooking, reading poetry, and enjoying true crime and thriller shows and podcasts.
