Through CBT, talk therapy, TF-CBT, and Cognitive Processing therapy, our sessions will assist you with feeling more contentment and lead to improved stress-management. Our work together provides you with a confidential space to discuss difficult topics. Through an attachment lens, I hope to empower you to explore interpersonal relationships as well as give space for you to explore and understand your history and past relationships.
