Meeting you where you are at, cultivating what you need to grow.
Do you feel stretched too far? Mentally, physically, or emotionally drained? Maybe the expectations and to-do lists of daily life leave you feeling drained or overwhelmed. You don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to help.
I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate whatever life puts in front of them. Through both therapeutic support and creative expression, I provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore challenges and begin to heal.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or trauma, I’ll work with you to build coping skills and resilience that fit your unique experiences. My approach is grounded in acceptance, openness, and empathy. And if traditional talk therapy doesn’t feel like the right fit, I often integrate expressive arts and art therapy to help clients connect and grow in new ways.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it on your own. I would be honored to support you on your journey. Schedule a consultation today to see if we’re a good fit.
MODALITIES
-
Therapeutic mindfulness helps guide individuals to actively engage in present experiences, allowing them to observe thoughts and feelings without attachment or judgment.
-
Integrating art into the therapeutic setting to help identify and process what clients are going through. It also allows exploration of your personal creative process. No one needs to be an “artist” to enjoy and use therapeutic and expressive art.
-
You and your experiences are central to the work that is done
Sessions with me are…
Approachable
Seeking therapy for the first time—or returning after a difficult experience—can feel intimidating. My goal is to build a relationship grounded in trust and ease, so you feel supported as we work through life’s more difficult moments together.
My background
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy from Edgewood College, and I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling there while interning with Reflections. Before joining Reflections, I worked with older adults in skilled nursing and memory care, where I provided therapeutic activities that encouraged connection and self-reflection.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, doodling, painting, baking, exercising, and spending time outdoors. Most evenings, you’ll find me with one of my many sketchbooks, adding a new creation.
