An ally who values who you were, who you are, and who you will be.
Are you feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally drained? Maybe you’re overwhelmed balancing the demands of daily life, or you’re a parent struggling to understand or connect with your child, leaving you unsure how to help. Life can feel like an endless stream of challenges, but you don’t have to navigate uncharted waters alone.
In therapy, having an ally who values you—both who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—is essential for genuine growth. By embracing every part of your journey, I create a supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and ultimately move toward who you want to be. I’m not just here to guide you through challenges - I’m committed to helping you discover new possibilities and build a future aligned with your deepest values and aspirations.
I approach therapy with empathy, patience, and acceptance, working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals. While many people benefit from traditional talk therapy, I am always happy to integrate art and play for children and adults who enjoy it. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, processing trauma, or simply looking to improve your emotional well-being, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey. Let’s work together to find your strength.

Sessions with me are…
Accessible.
Starting therapy can be intimidating, especially if you have had a bad experience in the past or have never sought it out before. I like to go with the flow, following your lead while still providing guidance. I aim to provide support in a clear, straightforward manner, ensuring that your authentic self is met with compassion and empathy. My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. To accommodate the needs of all my clients, I offer flexible scheduling weekly or every other week to allow space for everyone.
My background
I received my Bachelor’s in Art Education with a minor in Psychology from Northern Michigan University. With my internship here at Reflections, I am completing my Master’s of Science in Education from UW-Superior. Previously, I was a K-12 art teacher, treatment specialist for sexually-exploited youth, and patient service representative in a sports medicine and pain management clinic. My hobbies include arts&crafts, cooking/baking, reading, listening to podcasts, and occasionally trying to keep a plant or two alive. I enjoy going on adventures with my life partner just as much as snuggling up with our cat for a night in.
