Relationships and sex are fundamental parts of our wellbeing, but navigating the challenges they can bring is often incredibly difficult. You may be here realizing how anxious and uncertain you feel in your purpose, your relationships, and your future direction. That might be in terms of your relationship—due to things like mismatched libido, a desire to explore opening up your relationship, or fear that something you’re thinking or feeling isn’t “normal,” you’re not even sure how to communicate with the person you’re closest to. 

Maybe you’re the parent of a teen you’re watching grapple with confusion around their gender identity or sexual orientation or the pain that follows sexual trauma. You’ve tried talking with your child about this, but they may seem uncomfortable or even unwilling to discuss it with you. You love your child and want to see them thrive in their individual identity and future relationships, and you’re realizing they need someone else in their life to support them in this. 

I’ll meet you or your teen wherever you are today. I understand how difficult it can be to decide to reach out for help, especially when it’s hard to put into words exactly what you’re feeling or experiencing. Please know there are no “right” or “wrong” answers here, and everything we do will be at the pace that’s right for you. This is a safe place to process all parts of your health and wellbeing—past, present, and future.

Here,  you can explore your identity, sexual preferences or experiences, and relationships without judgment. As someone who identifies as pansexual, I know how liberating it is to sit down with someone who allows you to be fully, uniquely you. It is a joy to see clients feel like themselves again and rekindle a sense of hope and excitement about their future and their relationships. I love helping parents better understand and connect with their teens and teens to fully embrace every part of themselves.

I combine CBT and mindfulness techniques to help you connect your thoughts and feelings, providing clarity and calm in high-stress situations. Together, we’ll work on practical solutions to help you connect with the most authentic version of yourself, cultivate more fulfilling relationships, and feel more like yourself again.
