I strive to provide an open and inclusive environment where you can truly be yourself. Your time with me is a space where authenticity is celebrated, and you can feel safe and fully supported as we navigate your journey together. I promise to show up authentically in our sessions, as well, sharing my true self and encouraging you to do the same. I am laid back, accepting, and non-judgmental, creating a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. This commitment to authenticity will help us to build a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship, fostering a deeper connection and more meaningful progress in your journey. My background

Prior to starting my career as a mental health professional, I worked in marketing and graphic design. A few years ago, I decided to pursue a career in a long-held passion for mental health. Now, I am in my third and final year of the program as I carry out my internship with Reflections Mental Health.

Most of my freetime is spent with my family – my partner of over 20 years, our two kids, and two rescue pit bull mix pups. I enjoy reading, gardening/houseplants, and being by the water -- ideally kayaking with my family or watching a beautiful sunset. I have a deep love and passion for music  -- I've been to more concerts than I can count, and as my kids get older, I enjoy experiencing that pastime with them.
